After planning/shopping/cooking for our neighbourhood block party last weekend, I have absolutely no desire to step foot in the kitchen at all this week, but the hubby has to eat so I'm keeping it very simple and bringing out the crockpot to make things a little easier.
Monday: Crockpot mango chutney short ribs with mashed potatoes
Tuesday: Spag bol and salad
Wednesday: Chicken tomato and lemon israeli cous cous
Thursday: Leftovers/fend for yourself night
Friday: Going out to eat
