Hi Sarah! Question?? How do you make fruity couscous? I have had a bag of couscous for almost a year because I wanted to try it and I never figured out what to do with it?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sarah

Hi Sarah - couscous is really easy, I just bring 1 1/4 cups od water to a boil, add in 1 cup of couscous, cover and turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes.
ReplyDeleteFluff the cooked couscous with a fork and then at this point you can add whatever else you like. This time I made it with raisins and dried apricots, but my favourite is to roast some vegetables (courgettes, peppers, onions etc) add them to the couscous with some butter, olive oil, lemon juice and mint.
