1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lb macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
Mix together the mayo, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add in the macaroni and the chopped vegetables, mix well and refrigerate until needed.
