I finally found my camera, and I think I am going to attempt to make a blog worthy meal this week... maybe even two!
Monday: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles and lingonberry sauce
Tuesday: Coronation chicken salad sandwiches, asparagus and fruit salad
Wednesday: Spicy chicken with two-melon salsa, rice and green beans
Thursday: Hamburgers with crunchy potato wedges, asparagus and fruit
Friday: Eating out
